NexSub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website nexsub.io and provides a digital subscription reselling service. We source and resell access credentials and license keys for third-party digital services and software products. NexSub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any original service provider (such as Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft, NordVPN, Canva, or any other brand whose subscriptions we may resell). All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We also provide a license key redemption service for customers who have purchased eligible products through Gumroad. By redeeming a Gumroad-issued license key on NexSub, you confirm that you are the original purchaser and that the license has not been previously redeemed or shared.
By accessing nexsub.io, placing an order, or redeeming a license key, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
You may place orders as a guest or by creating an account. When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including a valid email address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you create and for all activity under your account.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In the event of cancellation by us, any payment already received will be refunded.
Products purchased through Gumroad must be redeemed via our license redemption page. Redemption requires:
Each license key is single-use and non-transferable. Once a license key has been verified and disabled through Gumroad's API, the redemption is final and irreversible. A license key that has already been redeemed cannot be reactivated or reused. Attempting to redeem a previously used, refunded, disputed, or otherwise invalid license key will result in rejection.
Upon successful redemption, we will create an order record for tracking purposes and deliver a confirmation email to the address provided during the redemption process.
All payments are processed securely through MaxelPay, a third-party payment gateway. We accept payments via supported cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC).
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed on-chain, and your order will be processed once the required number of blockchain confirmations has been reached.
You are responsible for any transaction fees, network fees (gas fees), or currency conversion charges imposed by your wallet, exchange, or payment network. NexSub is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or payment gateway processing times.

Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on or delivered through our service remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you any right or license to use any third-party trademark except as expressly permitted by the applicable license agreement for that product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexSub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to NexSub for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
NexSub provides subscription access credentials and license keys sourced from authorized distributors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the underlying third-party services themselves. Any warranty provided by the original service provider or product manufacturer is between you and that provider; NexSub makes no independent warranty regarding the functionality of any third-party product.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Refund Policy before placing an order.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of nexsub.io after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
