Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Are Generally Non-Refundable

All products sold by NexSub are digital goods — license keys and subscription access credentials delivered electronically to your email address. Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and non-refundable once the license key or subscription credential has been delivered to the email address you provided at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to withdraw from or cancel the transaction once digital delivery has occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This applies equally to products purchased directly on nexsub.io and to products redeemed via a Gumroad license key.

Similarly, a redeemed license key cannot be "un-redeemed." Once a Gumroad license has been verified and disabled via the Gumroad API, the redemption is irreversible. No refund or exchange is available for a license key that has been successfully redeemed.

2. When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered

We stand behind the quality of the license keys and subscription credentials we deliver. A refund or replacement will be considered in the following circumstances:

• Invalid or non-functional license key at the point of delivery: If the license key or credential you received is rejected as invalid, expired, or already in use by another account at the time you first attempt to activate it, and our support team confirms the fault is on our side.
• Non-delivery due to NexSub error: If you did not receive your license key confirmation email due to a verifiable error on our part (e.g., our email delivery system failed, or the order was confirmed as paid in our system but the delivery email was not generated).
• Wrong product delivered: If the product you received does not match the product described in your order confirmation (e.g., you ordered a Netflix subscription but received a Spotify key).

A refund or replacement will not be provided in cases where:

• The license key was successfully delivered and activated but you changed your mind.
• You entered an incorrect email address at checkout and the delivery was sent to that address.
• The original service provider (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Microsoft) suspends or terminates your account for violating their own terms of service.
• You are unable to use the product due to geographic restrictions, device incompatibility, or regional content limitations imposed by the original service provider.
• The redemption was completed for a Gumroad license key you no longer wish to use.
• More than 7 calendar days have passed since the date of delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Use our online refund request form. Visit the Refund Request page and fill out the form with your order number and reason. This is the fastest way to submit your request and ensures it's tracked in our system.
2. Locate your order number. Your order number (e.g., NEX-ABCDEF) was included in your order confirmation email. You can also look it up on our Track Order page.
3. Contact our support team at support@nexsub.io if you need further assistance, with the following information:
   • Your order number.
   • The email address you used at checkout or redemption.
   • A clear description of the issue (e.g., "license key shows as invalid when I try to activate it").
   • If applicable, a screenshot or screen recording showing the error message you encountered.

We will acknowledge your request within 24–48 hours and provide a resolution within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency refunds will be sent to the wallet address you provide and are subject to network transaction fees, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Payment Disputes

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through MaxelPay. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible by nature — there is no chargeback mechanism. If you believe a payment was made in error, please submit a refund request via our Refund Request page. We review all requests within 3–5 business days.

5. Jurisdictional Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or override any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually waived. If you reside in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights regarding digital goods, those rights may apply in addition to, or to the extent they conflict with, the terms set out above. Please consult a local consumer protection authority if you are unsure of your rights.
